Returns Policy

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at hello@hipandhooray.com.au quoting your name, order number and description of the damage or fault. A digital photo of the damage may be required.  Faulty or damaged goods may need to be returned to us and we will provide an address and instructions if this is required. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely as Hip & Hooray accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.  Upon receipt of your returned item/s, a replacement will be shipped at no expense to you and your return shipping costs will be refunded as long as you have followed our instructions for return postage.

If a replacement is unsuitable, a full refund will be given.  No further compensation will be payable.

Change of Mind

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, or are simply dissatisfied with your purchase you must let us know within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at hello@hipandhooray.com.au quoting your name, order number and the product name.  Once received, we will provide instructions and an address for the return of the products. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely as Hip & Hooray accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Hip & Hooray will happily exchange or provide a credit note (valid 12 months) to the value of the items purchased (excluding the original postage cost) provided they are received by us:

  • Within 30 days of purchase

  • Undamaged and unused

  • In their original packaging

Please note:

  • Your postage costs for returning Change of Mind items will not be reimbursed.

  • No exchange or refund is available for personalised items or special orders unless a mistake has been made by us.

  • No further compensation will be payable.
