We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.
We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders will be dispatched once the full payment of your order has been received. You may make payment via the following methods:
PayPal - Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bank Account Transfer. Whilst you are not required to hold an account with PayPal, you can choose to use your existing account or create a new account if desired.
Credit Card – Visa or Mastercard
Hip & Hooray strives to maintain stock levels to meet demand but from time to time items may be out of stock, discontinued or unavailable. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the details with the option to backorder, supply a suitable substitution or refund your order.
If you are interested in higher quantities that are not currently in stock, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item and required quantity and we will do our best to source it for you where possible.
We currently deliver to Australian address only and all orders are dispatched from Wollongong NSW. Our stock is stored in different locations, therefore pick up of orders is not currently available.
Hip & Hooray uses Australia Post (Regular and Express Post) along with Fastway Couriers. Please note Fastway Couriers cannot deliver to PO & GPO Boxes or Parcel Collect Services.
We provide $8.95 flat rate shipping Australia Wide. For these orders we may select Australia Post (Regular Post only), Fastway Couriers or another Courier to deliver your package.
We also offer FREE SHIPPING Australia Wide for orders over $150 (pre Freight Costs). For these orders we may select Australia Post (Regular Post only), Fastway Couriers or another Courier to deliver your package.
Express Post via Australia Post is also available during checkout and the costs are calculated on the weight and size of your order.
In the unlikely event of an error in shipping calculation, you will be informed of the correct shipping cost prior to the fulfillment of your order and given the opportunity to continue with or cancel your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Orders will be processed on receipt of full payment. If payment has been received and the products are in stock (refer to individual product availability on our website), then your order will be shipped the next business day (for orders placed before 5pm). Should you order items with different availability lead times your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive a part shipment while waiting for stock, please email us at email@example.com to organise this. Please note additional shipping costs may apply for part shipments.
Orders sent via Australia Post Standard service generally take between 1-8 working days to arrive, whilst Express Post is generally delivered the next business day for areas within the Australia Post defined network (see Australia Post for postcodes included in this service). Orders sent via Fastway Couriers generally take between 1-10 days to arrive (depending on your location).
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing an order if you would like more detailed information on how long it may take for your order to arrive. You will need to provide your address and a list of the items you are looking to order. We are able to provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe, however Hip & Hooray or any delivery service cannot guarantee the delivery time of any order. Please allow plenty of time for order processing and delivery. See www.australiapost.com.au or www.fastway.com.au for more detailed information.
All packages are sent with tracking. If no one is present to accept delivery, Australia Post may leave your package in a safe place or they will leave a card detailing when and where your parcel can be collected, while Fastway will leave a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery with them directly. Should you request the package to be left in a safe place at an unattended address, please be aware we cannot take responsibility for any missing packages once it has been marked by the shipping provider as delivered.
Promotional Codes may be offered for limited times. These codes will only be available for the time stipulated and conditions apply.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at email@example.com quoting your name, order number and description of the damage or fault. A digital photo of the damage may be required. Faulty or damaged goods may need to be returned to us and we will provide an address and instructions if this is required. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely as Hip & Hooray accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Upon receipt of your returned item/s, a replacement will be shipped at no expense to you and your return shipping costs will be refunded as long as you have followed our instructions for return postage.
If a replacement is unsuitable, a full refund will be given. No further compensation will be payable.
Change of Mind
If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, or are simply dissatisfied with your purchase you must let us know within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, order number and the product name. Once received, we will provide instructions and an address for the return of the products. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely as Hip & Hooray accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Hip & Hooray will happily exchange or provide a credit note (valid 12 months) to the value of the items purchased (excluding the original postage cost) provided they are received by us:

Your postage costs for returning Change of Mind items will not be reimbursed.
No exchange or refund is available for personalised items or special orders unless a mistake has been made by us.
No further compensation will be payable.
